NOSTALGIA BLAST

It’s common knowledge that My Chemical Romance formed in the wake of 9/11. For their return tour last year, I knew that I absolutely had to be in New York for their Brooklyn show scheduled for 9/11/2022. Prior to tour, I crossed all my fingers and toes in hopes they’d play the very first song the band wrote - “Skylines and Turnstiles.” I camped out overnight to get barricade for the show and to my great delight, they played it second on the setlist that night. Here’s a video from that show:
